Do I get to see the marble You will cut the table from?
Yes! After placing the order we can show you the marble block selected for your product (the most beautiful slab based on size of your product). If you chosen a marble with a lot of “uneven pattern” that includes more variations, like Arabescato or any other marble with dramatic pattern we can also offer to show the specific slab we will cut your table from and you will be a part of selecting the part of the slab you prefer to use for your unique product.

Which countries do you ship to?
We sell and ship to USA. For orders outside of USA, Currently we are able to ship to businesses only.
When should I expect to recieve my order?
Normally between 5 to 8 weeks. Can arrive sooner depending on the demands.
I'm renovating my home when should I place the order?
You can place the order with a note “do not ship before xx/xx date” or ask us to contact you before shipping it to you.
Do I need to pay fees for Customs or imports?
Only if you are ordering from outside of USA.
Do you offer delivery inside my home, assembly and package removal?
Our free shipping option, only covers delivering to your door at street level. If you need help for moving, assembly and package removal, we offer a premium shipping which covers everything. You can select our Premium shipping at the checkout page.
I need to cancel/change my order
We gladly accept request for exchange or cancellation within 2 days of purchase and for cancellation we will 100% refund your money. refunds are sometimes instant and sometimes takes a few days to arrive back to your bank account.
A product has arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We insure all our shipments, in order to request a claim from our insurance company, we need to provide them documents proving that damaged has happened on transport.
Please immediately inspect your package and items upon delivery and write down the damage on the delivery note/receipt. You must make any claims for damage, shortage or errors at time of receipt. If no claim is made at this time, furniture will be considered fully accepted. MARBLE & HOME reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace any merchandise at its discretion.
If the goods have been delivered without your presence you have 2 days to report any damage to us. In any case, Contact us within 2 days of delivery and send us below documents:
- Pictures of damaged items (Package shot, full item shot, damage close up shot/s)
- Delivery note/receipt clearly mentioning incident
- Simple request of full refund / partial refund / new item
Upon approval from Insurance company, We will start processing based on your request with a replacement or full refund with no additional fee.
Incase damage is very minor and not visible or acceptable for you, we will inform insurance company that you are keeping the item and ask for small claim and partial refund on your request.
The product has arrived but it does not meet my expectations. What do I do?
By law, USA customers have 14 days after delivery to return their items and ask for refund. USA Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee (45% of the the total price). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
