Delivery And Returns

 

GENERAL TERMS

IMPORTANT: When you select the checkbox provided in the online checkout and click the “submit order” button, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of your online purchase and limitations of Marbleandhome warranty:

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We gladly accept request for exchange or cancellation within 2 days of purchase and for cancellation we will 100% refund your money. refunds are sometimes instant and sometimes takes a few days to arrive back to your bank account.There will be 10 % restocking fee for any canceled orders.

In case the items have delivered with a damage (Incidents) :

We insure all our shipments, in order to request a claim from our insurance company, we need to provide them documents proving that damaged has happened on transport.

Please immediately inspect your package and items upon delivery and write down the damage on the delivery note/receipt. You must make any claims for damage, shortage or errors at time of receipt. If no claim is made at this time, furniture will be considered fully accepted. Marbleandhome reserves the right to inspect, repair or replace any merchandise at its discretion.

If the goods have been delivered without your presence you have 2 days to report any damage to us. In any case, Contact us within 2 days of delivery and send us below documents:

  • Pictures of damaged items (Package shot, full item shot, damage close up shot/s)
  • Delivery note/receipt clearly mentioning incident
  • Simple request of full refund / partial refund / new item

Upon approval from Insurance company, We will start processing based on your request with a replacement or full refund with no additional fee.

Incase damage is very minor and not visible or acceptable for you, we will inform insurance company that you are keeping the item and ask for small claim and partial refund on your request.

Custom Items: Marbelandhome does not accept cancellations on any custom ordered product after 72 hours of the order being placed. 

Marbleandhome does not accept returns on any custom ordered product.

 

Clearance/Flash Sale Items: Clearance and Flash Sale items cannot be cancelled. Clearance and Flash Sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Quantities are limited and no price adjustments will be made on prior sales.

 

ORDER MANAGEMENT

Orders are handled by Marbleandhome. Our team may contact you to discuss your specific order details and to give you order updates. Once your order is reviewed and approved, your credit card will be charged.

TIMING

We estimate 3 – 4 weeks for your order to be ready for delivery, provided your material and parts are in stock – Marbleandhome team will advise you of any delay. Depending on where you live the total time estimated is 3-7 weeks delivery from the day your order is placed. We also strive to schedule delivery around your needs, which may extend the total time to delivery. Overseas production supply of products is 10-14  weeks

SCHEDULING DELIVERY

Once your pieces are available & shipped, Marbleandhome team will send you a shipping code to track your item. It may take 4-5 business days to receive the item

PREPARATION

Before ordering, measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings to ensure that your furniture will fit into your room, as all custom furniture is non-returnable.

Communicate to your team if you have challenging roads, driveways or other access points that would be difficult for our trucks to access.

DELIVERY

We use third party shipping companies for shipping and delivery. In most cases, these companies will deliver at your doorstep and do not bring your product up the stairs or inside your home, nor assembles it. If you want help to bring it inside you have to inform us in advance so we can check the possibilities (for an extra cost), if the shipping company we use for your shipping does not offer this extra service in your city or town you are responsible to organise it with a local company in case you don’t do handle it yourself of course.
